Latvia

We arrived in Riga, Latvia in the late afternoon. We decided to go out and see as much of the city as possible. Unfortunately, all the souvenir shops were closed and then it started to rain. When I say rain, I don't mean that nice rain that falls that gets you just wet enough that you are still happy and warm. It poured. A torrential down-pour that soaked us to the bone*. (*see below) Literally. There was so much rain. Anyway, here are some pictures from Riga, before it rained...
