Moving On

We are now in Vancouver for three days/nights. I am sitting in my aunt's lovely home while Mom and Papa make dinner and Sofi and Lucy are relaxing. We have left the Cultus Lake/Chilliwack area and will go to White Rock on Sunday night. Then, Monday back to Cultus to gather our belongings and then off to Langley! With 'School' starting on Tuesday, all of a sudden it seems like we have so little time left in Canada. It's gone really slowly, yet very quickly at the same time... In the last few days at the blueberry farm I got up early and stayed up late to take some great shots! Here are a few!
A lovely view of the moon, I finally was able to figure out the right settings. :)
And here's what the property looks like in the early morning -- around 5AM-7AM
And on the 24th we held a surprise party for Papa's 40th Birthday. Here are a few snapshots from that. Papa was really surprised!!!! Sofi and I made the cakes. I made a cheesecake and Sofi made a chocolate torte. It was great! We were able to see some people that we hadn't seen in a while and we got to meet Papa's "gang" of friends from work. :D Well, it looks like it's dinner time now so I should go and help ;)

  4. I think that was the same moon we saw in Glacier National Park, Montana. The weather there was beautiful and hot, and I also had trouble taking a picture of it--only my problem was I had a point-and-shoot;)
